I hadn't realised how long it was since I last posted on here. I have been better at putting pictures on Facebook. Do like our page Cre8tive Ltd.. I just need to get into the habit of putting them on here too. I have lots of older pictures from the ladies class pages from the crops that I will put on as and when but for now here are some of the ladies pages from the last class in May 2016. I never seem to manage to photograph all the ladies pages (there were 12 ladies who did the class plus mine is a bakers dozen) but here are the ones I managed to snap! I must say I got the idea for this class from a page I pinned on Pinterest. I really liked the idea of the stars with the bakers twine around the edge.

Baby Boy Card
My brother and sister in law have just had their first child so I'm an auntie again! Yippee! Baby Jago (Cornish version of James) is a real cutie and I made his mum and dad this card. I don't know when I'll get to meet my new nephew as they live a long way away but I am looking forward to baby cuddles! The image is a stamp that I did in black ink but I stamped it first on scrap paper and then stamped a second time for my card so it was grey rather than black. Much softer for a baby card. It is coloured with alcohol markers. Nice and easy but very effective.

March Crop Class Pages
Well apart from the gloves I took for the ladies to protect their fingers which leaked so the ladies ended up with red fingers we had a great class. The class was all about printed transparencies and some of the ways they can be used. Here is my page and some of the ladies pages from the crop. I didn't manage to photograph everyone's and they were hard to photograph as the lights kept reflecting off the transparencies. Hopefully you get a good idea of what we did! If you would like a class kit for this class or one of our other classes do get in touch.

March Crop Class Sneak Peek
I am sitting here typing with dyed red inky fingers! What have I been doing? Preparing for the crop class on Saturday in Fareham, Hampshire. I'll have to sort some gloves to protect the ladies hands methinks!
Here is a sneak peek of the class...

So Cute January 2015 Class Page
Wow! We had 15 for the class at the crop and seeing as usually the number is 8-10 it was busy. The ladies were extremely patient waiting for the equipment so thank you so much for that ladies. The technique for the class was using the new Tim Holtz spritzer through a 12"x12" stencil. The effect was lovely and has lots of possibilities for being adapted. First up is my page and after that you'll find the ladies pages (well those that I managed to catch on camera).

July Crop class pages
Wow! What a scorching few days we have had! Not what we are used to but a lovely start to the school holidays. My boys have been making the most of it with trips to the beach and swims in the sea - we are really blessed to live so close to the sea.
Anyway, enough about the weather. At our crop last Saturday we had a great group of ladies who took part in the class and this time I gave them the option of using my colours or changing the colours to suit their photos. They all did an amazing job and there are a couple in particular that I thought turned out really well.
So first off here is my page. Note the crimped and inked paper above and below the photos to mimic the waves. I also loved colouring the lace to tie in the with page.
Next up is Bobby's page. I love how she has added a line of pen to the journalling block, it really helps it to stand out.
This was Eve's first class with me and she made the page her own moving the stamps around to fill the page. I love how the orange pops against the blue.
Next up is Mary's page. She stuck to the same colours as me as they go really well with her photos. She didn't get time to add her title in the class but has it to add at home!
Maureens page of her grandson is great fun. She wanted the title in muddled up cases, her words.... I can't do anything straight! For those of you who read the blog but didn't do the class can you work out how we did the blue solid(ish) circles?
Another page with a title to be added at home but this is Pat's lovely page. Where was it Pat?
Penny (no 1) just used two colours on her page and ened up with a beautiful muted page.
Penny (No 2) changed the colours and I think the ones she chose go really well with her photos.
Sue no 1! Pink and red... perfect colours for girls and Disney! The photo doesn't show it very well but there are touches of aqua which look lovely too.
Sue No 2! used some old family photos to make a great page. The photo on the left is her and her husband before they were married!
And last but most definitely not least Wendy did a page using photos from Wimbledon. I absolutely love how she has used the green and the purple to match the Wimbledon colours. She also has her title in purple to match to stick on!
Well this is most of the pages.... sorry if I missed photographing yours. Do send me a pic and I'll add it.

May 2014 Crop Class
Finally I have a few spare minutes to put up the pictures of the ladies crop classes from May. The ladies did a brilliant job and as always the pages look very different even though we started from the same point. I really enjoyed coming up with this class and started from the idea of wanting to do an ombré page and wanting to use a stencil with paint and the page came out of this starting point. So first off here is my page. I love that the colours of the page reflect the colour in the sunglasses which is why I chose this photo. These colours would be great for a sunset as well.
Next up is Bobby's page. Bobby isn't a fan of messy and inky so I am extra impressed with her doing this class!
I hope that I have got the two new ladies around the right way and that this is Mary's page! It was her first class with me so I hope she enjoyed it!
Maureen often has a shake up of the class and makes it her own and this class was no different! I love how she divided the page in four with the thin red strips.
Pat hadn't stuck her page down so we positioned it so we could have a record of it. The photo doesn't show it as clearly in real life but Pat applied the paint more lightly so her page was more subtle and she used the magic sheets for her title as well which went really well with the more subtle look of her page.
Penny's dad was a photographer so she always has amazing photos of herself. This photo is of her dad. What a lovely record.
Can you guess that Su is a big time Doctor Who fan! She is doing a second page with the same technique using the blue from the doctors Tardis.... can't wait to see it!
Wendy was also doing one of my classes for the first time. Didn't she do a brilliant job?

Product Focus - Tiny Alphabets
Tiny alphabets have become very popular over the last 18 months and lots of manufacturers have brought out stickers to feed this trend. They are brilliant for adding sub-titles and journalling on your pages. I thought I would show you a few we have at Cre8tive and surf the net for some pages made using them to show you how they can be used.
So first off are Tiny Type by Cosmo Cricket. There are a lot of colours available but some of the brighter ones have been discontinued so grab them while you can. They also have some which are on clear backings which look great - the BEAUTIFUL and SWEET SOPHIA are done with Tiny Type in the page below.
Basic Grey have Micro Mono Stickers in lots of great colours. I love how they have been mixed and matched with other alphabets on the page below (the white 'inches' 'and' 'beyond' are the Basic Grey Stickers). The orange stickers are the Basic Grey ones on the brilliant Dr Seuss quote.
And finally for my selection of mini alphabets My Minds Eye do some brilliant Tiny Words and Co-ordinating Tiny Alphabets.
